V FACTORY: "LOVE STRUCK" - MUSIC VIDEO PREMIERE
Since their stint on the Bandemonium Tour last year, V FACTORY has been working hard in the studio and performing shows to gear up for the release of their debut album off Warner Bros. Records. Lead singer, Asher Book also filmed the movie FAME which hits theaters this September! Their first official single, "Love Struck" has been burning up on radio stations and the guys just finished shooting their first music video for the song with director Scott Speer (Scott also just directed Ashley Tisdale's new video!).

This summer is sure to be a big one for Asher, Nicky T, Nathaniel Flatt, Jared Murillo and Wesley Quinn, so we'll keep you posted on shows in your area and the details on their album. In the meantime check out V Factory's music video for "Love Struck" below!

TV 2 Watch 4: GLEE
Lately musicals have been coming back in a big way and FOX has jumped on-board the trend to give us the next best thing in the form GLEE, the hottest new show you'll want to watch this Fall! Glee is a musical comedy about a small-town high school glee club who is in desperate need of a director if they plan on being the best.

Matthew Morrison who you may know as the original Link Larkin in Broadway's Hairspray stars as the McKinley High's Spanish teacher and glee club director while Lea Michele (from the Tony award-winning Spring Awakening), Cory Monteith, Mercedes Jones, Kurt Hummel, Tina Cohen-Chang, and Kevin McHale (of NLT) make up the McKinely High glee club.

These kids aren't singing about school spirit though, they're creating modern versions of your favorite hits from the radio and the stage such as Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" (available on iTunes!), the Grease classic "You're the One That I Want", and "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat" from Guys and Dolls. It's going to be a Broadway affair this season on Glee when talent from the stage such as Kristin Chenoweth (Wicked, The Apple Tree), John Llyod Young (Jersey Boys), Victor Garber (Present Laughter), and Cheyenne Jackson (Xanadu) guest-star. We can't wait!

The cast of GLEE will keep you amused, shocked and instantly entertained with their immense talent that they bring to the screen. If you thought High School Musical was the best schoolyard musical, you haven't seen anything until you watch GLEE this Fall on FOX. A special "Pilot" episode preview will broadcast after an airing of American Idol on May 19th so look out for that!

INTRODUCING: ONE CALL
When Travis Garland of NLT confirmed on his official blog in April of this year that it was the end of NLT and that Kevin McHale, Justin (JJ) Thorne, V Sevani, and himself had parted ways as a band, it was definitely a bummer. The super talented group was just on the rise and we were disappointed that we'd not get to see them reach the top.

But out of some downer news comes great news!

While Travis and V work on their own solo musical ventures, and Kevin acts his butt off on the FOX television series GLEE - JJ has been hitting the studio with his new group -- and you may recognized a couple of them. Justin has joined Johnny Wright's latest group ONE CALL that includes former Menudo members Chris Moy and José Bordonada as well as newcomer, 17 year-old Anthony Gamlieli. The guys have been recording some tracks for their first album including "Like Them Girls".

Where'd they get the name? As Chris so simply put it, "It's funny how one call can change your whole life." · MYSPACE

BANDSLAM
The musical comedy of the summer is on it's way! Alyson Michalka of Aly & AJ and "High School Musical"'s Vanessa Hudgens star along-side in BANDSLAM!

Michalka plays the high school "it" girl Charlotte who strikes up an unlikely friendship with the outsider Sa5m (yeah, uh huh -- that's how it's spelled), played by Hudgens, and Will Burton (Gaelan Connell) to beat her ex-boyfriend Ben and his band Glory Dogs in the annual "Bandslam", which is a battle of the bands type deal that's known as the biggest competition in the country. In other words... "oh snap".

The CW is preparing for their 2009/2010 season and among the new shows (which include "The Vampire Diaries" and the revamp of "Melrose Place") comes the Ashton Kutcher produced THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE.

Mischa Barton (The OC) returns to television in this drama series about a group of co-ed models who share a residence in New York City while competing in the modeling world.

The show is based off the script by a former model-turned-writer Adam Giaudrone and it stars Barton along with Sara Paxton, supermodel Elle Macpherson and High School Musical's Corbin Bleu.
