Gavin DeGraw Attacked in New York City
Late Sunday evening in New York City musician Gavin DeGraw was violently attacked by multiple assailants, and according to reports, was hit by an on-coming taxi while escaping from being assaulted.
After seeing the “Not Over You” singer hit by the taxi, a witness called the paramedics who took DeGraw to Bellevue Hospital where he’s currently being treated for multiple injuries — including a broken nose, a concussion, black eyes, cuts and bruises.
DeGraw is famously known for performing the theme song “I Don’t Want To Be” for the long-running television series One Tree Hill. DeGraw is currently on a summer concert tour with Maroon 5 and Train but it is uncertain as to when he will return. Get well and get back out here! the singer tweeted late last night.
