The musical comedy of the summer is on it’s way! Alyson Michalka of Aly & AJ and "High School Musical"’s Vanessa Hudgens star along-side in BANDSLAM!

Michalka plays the high school "it" girl Charlotte who strikes up an unlikely friendship with the outsider Sa5m (yeah, uh huh — that’s how it’s spelled), played by Hudgens, and Will Burton (Gaelan Connell) to beat her ex-boyfriend Ben and his band Glory Dogs in the annual "Bandslam", which is a battle of the bands type deal that’s known as the biggest competition in the country. In other words… "oh snap".

The Walden Media and Summit Entertainment produced film is sure to have you rocking out in your seat! BANDSLAM hits theaters across the US on August 14th!
